Please go to the ER. The symptoms you are describing are very similar to those of menigitis, an inflammation/infection of the covering of the spinal cord. While it may not be, it might well be, and you could be contagious to others around you if it is bacterial and not viral. Either one is treatable, but the sooner you are treated the better. Your fever is high for an adult, and that is a sign of something more serious than the common cold, which usually doesn't cause a fever. Please, go to the ER now.

Go to the e.r right now as when I had a high fever I alsmost died from mengitis and the infection turned in into seizures which I had for my entire life until 39. they found a sacr on the brain from a high fever when I had mengitis so don't wait and take care of your health.

I would call my doctor. If they can't get you in by tomorrow morning, then go to ER or urgent care clinic.
