Tonight we are going with some collegues to a restaurant that has a caviar menu, but the price is not listed and I don’t want to accidentally order something ridiculously expensive or look too unknowledgeable.
The menu offers Beluga, Golden Osetra, Osetra, Farm Raised Osetra , Sevruga, and American Sturgeon in1 1/16 oz. serving. What would be the price range to expect for these?
Thanks!!!

I would suggest sticking with the American option - this should be the least expensive...

I don't know where you're at, but Beluga is outlawed now. That would be your most expensive. The alternate is the sturgeon. It's not bad at all, and the least expensive of all the choices.
