Nothing will happen to you, unless you hit something when you pass out! The worst thing that happens when you hyperventilate is you pass out. Falling can do some damage. Other than that, you're not doing any longer term damage. Your heart rate excelerates, your breath quickens but this is not hurting you. Remember to breathe, slowly. And sit down.

I am 13 now, but when i was 12, i hyperventilated. I was just crying SOOO hard, because I was really sad. But thats besides the point. If you hyperventilate, nothing will happen to you, I just breathed into a paper bag, but I did hullicinate a little, but after that, I was fine. But dont worry about it, you'll be okay. =]

If you hyperventilate for to long you will just pass out.
