I just logged inon Yahoo!Answers. I opened the Religious section, and was reading the questions on the first page.
It seems, as an Atheist, I'm intolerant, mean, and I always shout ignorant nonsense. I specially seem to be very mean to Christians.
It seems all Atheists do these things, according to the question I read.
Since I wasn't even online, I wasn't aware of the fact I had done this over the last hours, but sorry. Really.
After you accept my apologies, can we please stop this insane generalizing that's going on in this section?

Thank you so much. I too had to apologize for an answer I gave the other day. I think sometimes when we are not face to face it is easier to be mean to one another. This world is a tough place for all of us and it would be nice if we all got along better than what we do. We can have fun but we don't have to bash one another. You are funny. I would have sworn you were talking about the holier than thou Evangelical Christians instead of Atheists. Now, I did not generalize and say all Christians, I just said this group. Then, they seem to be the biggest majority of the ones on Yahoo.

My apologies on behalf of Christians. Many misguided souls are under the impression that this is true of all atheists. There are some though that understand that this is completely false.

Amen! And the same with all who assume just because someone calls themselves christian doesn't automatically make them one.
A true Christian is compassionate and loving not mean- spirited, spiteful and hateful.
If WE are to reach others it must be done in the right Spirit. We can only spread the Gospel , it is entirely up to each individual to choose who they will serve.

Nice an atheist that actually will break free of the "I'm always angry at religious people" mode on here. I don't like sterotypes for any group.

Amen to that! I'm a Christian and I think alot of people just type before they think. I try not to generalize but I'm probably guilty of it from time to time.
