Oh some of those asnwers were a real treat to read. I hope you did not follow all of that advice.
From the toes up, here we go:
foot closest to the out of bounds line will be the foot you place closest to the net, this will make your body face into the court, and towards your target.
Knees have a slight bend,
Hips are rolled slightly forward but not so far that your bottom is in the air
Shoulders are square to your target (the setter's box)
Arms are brought up so that when your looking at the ball, you can still see your arms, your taget, and the ball
Hands: this doesn't matter a whole lot, as long as the thumbs are even with one another, but the best way to get the largest contact zone is to place your "off thumb" into the palm of your strong hand. Then pull your strong hand thumb into it's palm next to other thumb.
This is only the 1st part of a bump pass, the stance, next you need the following rules to be a good consistant passer:
1. get into this stance 15 - 20 ft before the ball gets to you.
2. Never take your eye off the ball (remember that you should also be able to see your hands and your target)
3. never swing your arms in any direction. Use your whole body to pass the ball, if the ball is coming with minimal force you may need to move your body towards your target on contact, but if their is decent to good force coming at you, learn to accept the ball as it hits your hands. (this part takes practice)
4. As you move to the ball never unsquare yourself from the target,( as in turn and run) you may backpedal on deep balls, side step to your right or left, or combine the 2 motions in a side sadle type step if you need to move in both directions.
Good Luck, and make sure if you practice bumping, practice it right :o)

it is generally referred to as a forearm pass. First thing is start with a base with your feet shoulder width apart, knees bent and waist bent over. It's important to have shoulders over knees, knees over toes, with your weight on the balls of your feet. Your platform is the part of your forearms that is going to contact the ball. You put yours hands together, and the easiest to explain is one fist, and the other wraps around it. The 2 thumbs are on the top and are symmetrical to each other. There are more that one way to hold your hands but this one works well. Your platform should be like a hard board so point your thumbs to the ground to create turnout in your forearms. With your shoulders tight, you transfer your weight a little and contact the ball. Takes practice so good luck, hopefully that helps...it's hard to type everything and have it make sense.

If your right hand it take your left hand and cup it with your right make sure both thumbs are streight (dont cross them) try to hit it with your forarms point your arm where you want the ball to go keep your left foot a little bit infront of your right this will allow you to move easier Good Luck

when ur running to the ball take a little hop to get ur balance again
then make sure ur shoulders are to the target and bend ur knees slightly and keep ur eye on the ball
when u come up ur shoulders should still be facing the target
dont jump when u bump
remember dont keep ur arms locked in the forehand position
keep them in front of u just in case the ball comes to ur face
good luck

ok first off you would put your hands together by putting left hand the flat side not palm said on top of your right hand and the nclose your thumbs so that they touch. Then bend your kneesabd step forward into the ball when it comes to you. Do not push the ball if it is coming hard. If it isn't just let it bounce of you are and DO NOT swing.

its really quite simple. first u gotta hold both of ur arms out in front of u. join hands making a fist. and wrap one hand around the other.( i dont think i make sense). then u have to hit the ball between ur elbow and ur hand. if u go any higher, itll probly become a "push"
