This recipe is actually for a cheese ball, but can be used as a spread also. It's one of the best I've ever had. And easy to make.
5 oz. jar Roka Blue Cheese Spread
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. container Cold pack Cheese Food with Onion
8 oz. container Ye Olde Tavern Cheese
Walnuts or Pecans if desired
All cheeses can be found in the dairy section of your grocer.
All cheeses should be room temperature. Beat together until smooth. Shape into a ball and refrigerate. If desired cover with nuts.

Easy Walnut Cheese Spread
2 blocks cream cheese
1 jar pimiento-stuffed sliced olives
chopped walnuts to taste
Cream cheese, add olives with pimentos, chopped fine to suit your taste. Then add coarsly chopped walnuts. Refrigerate to blend flavors for at least 8 hours or so.
You can also roll the spread into a log and then roll it in the walnuts for a prettier display.

My brother puts worshtirshire sauce over a block of cream cheese and serves it as an appetizer - not terribly attractive but very tasty. If you mix it, it would be a spread!

Block of cream cheese (room temp)
Bag of shredded Cheddar cheese
Can chopped green chilis (drained)
Garlic & salt to taste (you won't need much)
Mix all together, roll into a ball and roll in crushed pecan pieces.
PS - we make the cream cheese with Pickapepper sauce instead of Worchester sauce and she is right -- it is wonderful!! Hot and Spicy.
