If you want to paint over a stained and sealed floor u must sand the floor first. Because paint is hard to adhere to glossy surfaces. There is a primmer called Zinser 123 that adheres to any without sanding. Its latex, low order, 400 sq ft per gallon. Dries in 30 minutes. Wait 1hour then paint.

American Tradtion(Valpar Comp.) makes porch & floor paint. Latex or Oil. Latex is a satin finish. Oil is glossy but it can be slippery. Hundreds of colors to choose from. Available at Lowes.

2. Allow 30 minute drying time (has stating on the can)
3. After 1hr. apply porch and floor paint.

Yes, with a "polyurethane" floor paint or epoxy type. Poly is cheaper though! Floor must be really clean first before painting!
