There is no vaccine for Lyme disease currently on the market in the United States.

There are several Lyme vaccines available. The earliest type was whole bacterin, later replaced by recombinant subunit vaccines. Unfortunately I don't have the details about who or when, but it would be instructive to look into both types and the reasons for preferring one or the other. (Hint: Whole bacterins are more effective but cause more adverse effects.)
