Get one of the countless memory card readers that are out there. Make sure it's USB 2.0 though.

You can use an SD card reader (20 bucks or so), or you can actually do it through a digital camera.
Put the card in the camera, plug it into your comp, and turn on the camera in Review mode. Open up the "Removable Drive" folder in My Computer (this will be the card/camera). Open your folder with your pictures in it. Slide pics from your comp's folder into the SD card/camera's folder. When done, unhook your cam from the computer, remove SD card, and voila! Pics on card.

If you have a card reader on your computer insert the card and go to My Computer. You will see it as a drive simply copy the file to that drive. If you have no reader you can buy an external one. It will come with the software. i use two for my laptop, one foe Sd and one for Cf. My desktop has one installed.
