Go and get yourself measured at a major department store. You are probably not wearing the correct size bra, also try to buy more expensive bras. Many larger breasted women have this issue. Put more padding in the bra, or wear a pastie, that will prevent your nipples from showing. Clevage usually isnt a problem unless your wearing a push up bra.

i have the same problem
what i do is i layer my shirts, like where a cami then a beter then a shirt, it really works
and if you dont want to much clevage showing just dont where bras that push your boobs up alot and dont where low low cut shirts
