i've known her for awhile and every chance i get someone takes her away from me. She just got out os a relation ship and i THINK she likes me too. Should i ask her out now or wait a little? and how?

walk up to her and say, "Hey. When you get a moment I would really like to talk to you about something". When she says, "what about?", just tell her the following: I really find you to be an intelligent and attractive young lady. I was wondering, if there was a posibility of us getting together sometime. No pressure or anything. I just really would like to spend some time with you, one on one. Here is my number. Give me a call.
Then tell her you will catch her later, and just walk away. If she is interested, you'll know.

Why wait? Ask her out! it's like like you are asking her to go to bed with you, just a date. If you have kown each other that long she will say yes and see how tings go from there. I wouldn't push things if she just got out of a relationship, but if you don't ask how can you get an answer?
