i have these really cute guy neighbors for four years never said anything to them besides hi and a few IM convos thats it and now i want to hang out with them what should i do

have a kick a.s.s party and invite them over personally!! they wont say no to a party and thats your chance to dazzle and make them really wanna get to know you!!!
have the party its fun.. even if nothing comes from it!!!

Just some day that you see them outside, talk to them. Don`t just say hi. Make conversation and ask if they want to come over and hang out. Although, you should probably only persue one at a time. They might talk.
