u have to teach him to go outside lik u teach a baby to go on the potty, take him for regular walks and when he pees outside u have act all excited like clap and say good boy mabye give him a treat good luck it's work for millions of dogs so ur can do it too it may take some time but dont' give up u have to educate that dumb dog

I am just going to copy and paste from my last answer because I am too bored to type it again.
I would set up a routine. Until your pup gets is I would take them out every 1-2 hours. Make it the same time every day so the pup develops a routine. He will soon learn that they prefer to go outside, but when they don't know when the next time they get out is, the go on the floor. If you have a certain time they will wait for it.
One of the biggest mistakes people make when house training a dog is giving them full run of the house when they are gone. When you are gone, contain them. A crate is sufficient if it is only 2-4 hours, but I make a room for my puppy and put their crate, bowls and toys in there. You can also use an ex-pen Den, kitchen, bathroom, anywhere that has no carpet
Gradually give them more space until they can successfully stay home alone without an accident. Don't let them sleep in your room until they are 10 months of age. Always remember that even when they have it down, there will be a few mistakes. If you find that they are getting frequent again, don't get mad just go back to square one.

First hes not a dumb dog u r if u dont no how to train the dog!
Anyhow when the dog pees on the floor just simply pick him up and show him were he peed and say no bad dog no! then take him outside and then let him go potty and dependin on how old he is whe nhe is a puppy take it outside every 15 minutes and all during the night every 15 minutes and when they get older and you stay on that schedule you will onlyhave to take it out every hour and they can sleep all night it worked 4 my dog and i hope it works 4 u 2

dogs are animals,they do not know any better. It's up to the owners to train the dogs. If the dog is pissing on the floor it's because it wasn't trained or properly trained by the owner so in actuality the owner is the dumb one.

Quick take the dog to the nearest no kill shelter and never ever get an animal again. You don't deserve to own the animal.
A dumb owner is one who didn't properly train his pet in the first place but wants to BLAME the dog. If you insist on keeping the dog, poor thing! Then please go get a book on dog training and potty training. Never rub the dogs face in it. Did your mother do that with you when you were learning to potty train??

lots of training. buy a dog training manual or take it to a class. They will teach it and you how to handle the situation. Tell the dog no as it start to go and take it outside. it will take lots of time and patients.

you etthere get puppy pad which is where dogs can go pee on or do what every body else said put the dog outside
