Well mine took about 2 years! One of them tho it has yet to come through fully! Some people can have their wisdom teth come through within a feew weeks and others it can take years, sometimes never coming through fully. And for others their wisdom teeth may never come through!!

It's best not to let them come completely through, when you feel a lump there or there's a lot of pressure in that area, even if a sharp edge has poked through the surface it's best to have them extracted. To let them come completely through, even building up under the surface pushes the rest of the teeth forward, messes with the existing alignment. If you've already gone through braces, I doubt you'd want to go through that again.

I think it depends on the person or persons state of mouth..

Wisdom teeth are the last molar teeth to grow in at the back of the mouth, usually in the late teens or early twenties. When they grow in correctly they cause no problems and do not require treatment, but sometimes there isn’t enough space and the teeth become trapped or ‘impacted’.

Everybody does not necessarily get the wisdom tooth(which has nothing to do with wisdom. It is simply called so because it comes up late) Its absence does not necessarily stigmatise you as unwise.

If it does come it should not take more than a week or 10 days to come up.

Mine didn't cause problems till my late 30's. But in some people they NEVER do.

It is agony and the pressure just keeps building up. If you have any worries, I suggest you see a dentist about x-rays.

If you are an American, sorry but this will cost you big bucks.

It varies from person to person. Mine took 2 years and I was in constant pain with them. Other people I know, their's came through in weeks and some didn't come through at all.

Sometimes they don't--I'm 26 and had one completely through, one partially impacted, and one lying at a 90' angle beneath my gums. It's a little different for everyone.

It's different for everyone. Sometimes they never do. Mine only came in half way on one side and never did on the other. I finally had them removed.
