Propose what? If you mean marriage, you know because you've talked about your goals, future life together, have looked at rings, and have talked about marriage.

Why do you really want to know? You should let fate happen. If he wants to he will when he is ready. Don't try to push him or drop hints because you might scare him away. Also if you know when he will or even if he is going to it wont be as special. Don't expect it to happen after you have been dating for a certain amount of time or wait because you may disappoint your self. Just be yourself and have fun with him in the end you will end up happy. Good Luck!

Need some nore specifics. He might mention that he's saving up, or if he's been working exra hard, he's trying to earn money for a ring. If he seems figity or nervous.
