One week after the last time they nurse.
The idea is to reduce the amount of time that the puppy is exposed to an absolute minimum. Since the mothers immune system can shut down almost immediately or stay active for as long as six weeks after the pups are weened, the shots are given in a series.
As long as pups are nursing and until their mothers immune system shuts down in the pups, the mothers immune system will simply kill the shot. Then shots can be given no closer than two weeks apart, or the shot kills the shot.

They should get their first Parvo Distemper Combo at 6 to 8 weeks.

There should be two more follow up shots every four weeks, followed by the rabies shot, usually around 12 to 16 weeks of age. (Every vet and state is different)

The puppies should also have a dewormer given at each visit, and a fecal test (for parasites) should be done before its rehomed or at his 16 week rabies and last combo Parvo/Distemper.

You ought to have misunderstood the breeder. The breeder would have wormed and vaccinated the pup at the age of 6 weeks. The breeder's contract requires you to have the pup visible by your vet within 48-72 hours after taking it residence, so that you may speak to the vet throughout this appointment, and ask them your whole questions.

Yankee, don't answer if you are not sure because it can be dangerous. Most puppies get health checked and vaccinated at 7 weeks and then a booster at 14.

Around the time they are being weaned. One would think you would have discussed this with your veterinarian before breeding a litter of pups. You'll want to bring in stool samples & check for worms as well.
