he makes subtle comments about living alone or not having a girlfriend? There is this bartender who I am attracted to and I think he might be attracted to me too but, there is that "rule of thumb" that a bartender is always nice to customers. This isn't some grand bar or anything. It is nice local bar that isn't always super busy. Any bartender's out there? Let me know what you honestly think or any clues I need to look for. Thanks!

i was a bartender. and it is so easy to pick up woman there. any hint of being single would get a chick's attention. its all about getting laid!

He may be interested, but often times bartenders do play by that rule of thumb and pretend to give a sh*t. from going to a few bars, the few things ive noticed is that when a bartender was interested in me, she would slide me drinks for no charge, or have me do a shot with her, or something like that.
if it seems like youre the only one putting any effort into it, then that may be the way it is, and he could be playing nice. but, if the bartenders throws any of it back your way, then it could be because hes interested in you.

I use to be a bartender for about 7 years and I was always nice to everyone especially the guys because they would tip so well. Flirting is part of the job.

People tend to generalize anything having to do with a strip club. So if she is a waitress there people probably have the idea that she is giving you something in return for the rides home and any other acts of friendship that occur between the two of you. Plus being a guy you should get it that any guy with a pretty girl is an object of envy, strife, jealousy, anything of the sort. Friends or not to people looking on it could look like something more without even thinking on their part. I would say no harm in being her friend, both of you probably enjoy the relationship as is, and what other people think should not matter.

I'm a bartender and I shovel a phenomenal amount of bull at the men that sit at my bar, flirt shamelessly, pretend to be interested in their boring problems and their unimaginative chatter all for the all mighty dollar. Check to see if he gives the same vibe off to other chicks in there...

he's drinking too the both of yous are horny as heck. don't do it you'll be the slut of the bar wanna know how many girls he give that same sob story to? MANY, all the time just to get a new piece, stop being desperate if he likes you he will offer you drinks at another location,dinner at a fine restaurant,a movie,a play. something besides hard Duke cause he's pure out of bubblegum

Is he always smiling or looking at you? His body language might give you a hint too. Ask him something that might get a clue also, Like what kind of girls are you attracted too.
