My best friend Rachel liked this guy for about a year and he liked her, but he was too shy to make the first move and she wouldn't say anything to him till he did. I dunno if what I did was right, but I just stepped in and flat out told him that she'd liked him and wouldn't move until she knew for sure that he liked her. Right then, he walked over to her and now they're together. Maybe you should get your best friend to talk to him?

If he won't make a move then how do u know he likes you. and if he doesn't make a move then he doesn't like you enough. You should be pursued and want a guy that's gonna do anything to be with you (not psycho though obviously!)

He sounds kind of shy but thats cute!! Well, I would first throw him some little hints here and there, like saying hello, smile when you pass him maybe in school down the hall. oh I got a good one.. Walk into him by mistake and say oh I'm so sorry and kind of start a conversation be some what flirty....lol Or just go for it, it cant hurt! ASK HIM OUT...GIRL WHY NOT??? Good Luck!

He is in idiot . I think he should relize what will happen before its to late. Last grl I loved I let slip away until she dated somone elce and it being my friend was a living hell , but I learned . Gotta let your sweet heart know you love her.....He will learn hopefull soon or I am feeling for him.
