Yes, I don't know of any libraries where you have to pay for it. Mine is free.

In most cases, the library card is for free. I know some places charge you a minimal fine. But, to borrow books, videos, tapes, vhs, or just about anything in the library.

yes, to recieve your library card it is free, just dont loose it because they WILL charge you for a replacement. -addy
