Sure well this is easy girl friend like this evening I am making A Pot Roast 2 lbs I have already defrosted and marinated last night at about 5:00pm covered in aluminum in the fridge and started it in the oven at 1:00 this afternoon at 275 for about 3 hours. I marinated the Roast with red wine, oregano, roasted garlic, sauteed with onions and Sage and Thyme. I also sprinkled Salt, Pepper, Sazon and Adobo use whatever seasonings you prefer
1 Hour prior to roast being done I am pre-basting the potatoes with Extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled some much needed salt, pepper and Italian seasoning (a mixture of Basil, Oregano etc,,,)broiled potatoes and Capri veg's frozen of course I just tossed them in the roaster with the potatoes /Slice some French bread and sliced tomatoes and there ya gooooooooo Vino I selected is a Ponte Vecchio Chianti (Red) very strong but complimenting the meal nicely

Do you like porkchops? Well take 4 or 5 porkchop(the size and the thickness does not matter) put them in a baking pan and pour cambells chicken and rice soup over the top bake for a half an hour. While that is baking make up some pork or cornbread stove top stuffing on the stove and put the stuffing on the pork chops after the pork chops have cooked for the half an hour and then bake for another half hour. This is a quick and easy recipe and its good!

Easy Cheesy Potato Soup
Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1/2 cup diced onion
6 large (4 1/2 pounds) potatoes, diced
water
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules or 2 cubes
12 ounces dairy sour cream
1 pound processed block cheese (such as Velveeta®)
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tablespoon salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation:
Cook onion in 1 tablespoon of the butter until wilted. Add potatoes, bouillon and sufficient water just to cover. Boil gently just until potatoes are cooked. (Be careful to not scorch.) Do not overcook until potatoes are mushy. Do not drain after cooking.
Cook bacon while potatoes are simmering. Crumble.
Dice the cheese and stir into the hot potatoes until melted. Add the sour cream and remaining butter. Stir together until combined.
Taste for salt. Top with freshly ground pepper and crumbled bacon.
Garnish with snipped chives if desired.

I love making Quesadilla's. It's so easy. Buy the flour tortilla's. Buy the veggies you like and cook them in oil. Chose meat or chicken or both, cook them up (or left overs can be good). Put the cooked veggies, and meat or chicken in the flour tortilla, and top it with Cheese. Fold in half and cook one side in oil and when lightly brown, flip and cook other side in oil! Wha- lah! Quesadilla's and so so so good!
