God made diamonds so that people would end up killing each other over them. All diamonds are blood diamonds no matter how you look at it. Sadistic isn't he?

No. DeBeers cornered the market on diamonds years ago and has purposely made them scarce to drive up the value.
In recent years companies have found a way to make diamonds, but have found that the market is fairly limited so there may not be enough demand to go into production.
Beyond ornamentation, diamonds don't have much use.

It's a myth that diamonds are rare. The diamond industry drives the prices up by misleading the public. God wouldn't make anything for the purpose of monetary value. He created them as He did all things - period.

No God has made billions of diamonds. It's just when they are mined they are stockpiled and not released all at once. If they did then the price and rarity of the diamond would go down. Who would spend thousands of dollars on a "rare" item when millions of people have it already.

Yes, God has nothing better to do but count the number of diamonds in existence, and watch the price of diamonds on the Jewelery exchange.......

Diamonds are pretty common, actually. It's the DeBeers international conglomerate that artificially boosts their price. They have warehouses full of the things.
