I want to know wich program is the best for editing and creating images for the web: Photoshop or freehand and WHY?

I've never heard of freehand but
I use photoshop for lots of reasons
It has so many different things you can do to your pictures and hundreds of things I don't think I've discovered yet
Plus u can search for toturials online
the possibilities are endless :]

I like Flash MX, Paint and Irfanview.
