Abreva works really fast, it's kinda expensive though. But it starts going away within a day and is totally gone after 2 days.

I feel for you!! I have been living with them for years.... UGHHH!!
I have tried everything under the sun- every over the counter item, prescriptions, ice, everything... They just show up when they want to. For the past year I have been using a product from a company that I represent and it has been heaven sent. We have two things in particular based on how often you get them? I got the same problem today, I used ice when I felt the tingley feeling and I think that kept it from getting real big. I don't think there is anyway to get rid of it but there is stuff on the market to make it heal faster.

There's plenty of over the counter treatments. You can get them at Duane Reade or CVS or whatever pharmacy is by you. Also, if it is just starting you can put ice on it to slow it down.

dont ever touch it or play with it, put ice on it when its buggin you and go get abreva!! its a heaven sent :) neosporin works when its almost gone to reduce scaring too

just be patient a week or so and its gone dont pick on it.If you can make it in to a doctors office before they break open he can give you something to prevent them from opening up and they will disappear.
