For me, sometimes my throat feels tight, and like there is preasure in my throat area.
And i heard you can get infections if you don't get them removed within time.
Where do the infections go?
Are they treatable?

Please tell me the exact facts to know when you have to get them removed.

Please don't tell me to go see a doctor.
Im only going to the hospital when confirmed.

As a boy in the early 50's, it was the 'fashion' for children to have their tonsils removed. I suffered very badly with septic throat but my old doctor begged my mother not to have them removed. He said that if I could beat it with little medication, I would be immune for the remainder of my life. He was right, and since then I have never had a sore throat. I have also got an excellent immune system and who knows, maybe that is one of the reasons for immune deficiency nowadays...............
