Does anybody know how or have tips as to how one can learn to memorize things visually, or to visualize better?

It is easy. In fact easier than trying to remember words though the basic idea is the same. When you see or hear something try to associate it with something else and may be more familiar to you.The association need not necessarily with something more or less similar to the visual or word. It could as well be quite opposite. But the association would help to impress it indiliably in your memory and easy to recall it whenever necessary. Thus,if you see that famous portrait of a lady with an inscrutable smile by the eminent Italian artist, while it is too strong that it cannot faile to make an indiliable impression on your mind by itself, if your are accursed like Tantalus of a receding memory the moment you remember it try to associate it with some lady like her or entirely opposite her that you may know and she will come back rushing to you the moment you think of her.(Does it sound like my forgetting both the name of he painting as well as the painter. It is not so.I am trying to analyse the event.) Good luck.
