First of all how do you know it is your ovary? My sister went to the doctor and told him she had pain in her ovary and and the doctor didn't question it or do any tests. He just gave her antibiotics but the pain got worse and worse. They finally figured what was really wrong with her after her appendix burst. She almost died. Do not diagnose yourself. That's why doctors need to run tests. Go to your doctor.

Your best and safest bet would be to get to your GYNO soon!! I don't know your age but having ovarian pain is not normal and should be checked. However, there is a website called WebMD and might be helpful to you, but I would strongly recommed you seeing a physician at your earliest convenience, as it just may save your life. I don't mean to scare you, but our bodies tell us things are wrong by sending pain signals among other things, so sit up and pay attention. The life you save may be you own.
