I'm wanting to make Pretzels. With it being winter time outside, And its 74 deg. Inside. The directions say the Prestzel bread needs to rise to 80 deg. temp. Any suggestion?

If your oven has been on, place the bowl on top with a towel over it, or, put your bowl inside your oven with the light on. Anywhere that is warm should do the trick. If you kitchen table is near a heating vent also consider puttingthe bowl nearby with a towl covering it.

Is it frozen? IF you 're making bread from scratch you would start with warm water.... maybe if you cover it with a towel or plastic and put it in the microwave it will get warm enough. (because yeast creates heat when it raises)
