Some places do in fact ask for college transcripts as part of their application process, which presumably means that they look at said transcripts and use them to help decide who to hire.

Plus, if you don't get high enough scores on your finals, you won't get the degree, and the degree can mean the difference between flipping burgers at your local fast food joint and getting a good job that will let you have a comfortable living.

College professors could care less about your grade. Yes employers will most likely look at your grade. but don't worry if you didn't do so well in college there's still a chance you could be hired to flip burgers :)

That relies upon on the coach. frequently lower than 60 is failing, so in case you've been given a D. i have had a foul instructor and it confirmed in each and each and every of the comments. (She did not comprehend the issue, replaced into about 20 years in the back of on a technical topic). without word my C+ replaced into became right into a B+. the coach ought to do some thing similar so he doesn't look undesirable. If some fail, this is anticipated. If each and anybody does undesirable, then this is continuously the coach. i comprehend you mustn't drop, yet couldn't you've replaced instructors?

Actually, it depends. Some companies look at your grades, some just look at your cumulative GPA, others just want to see what classes you took that might relate to the job in question.

GPA is more important than an individual grade in one class. Other important factors: your major, GPA in your major, references from profs, extracurricular (leadership) activities.
