A man must do what a man must do, and a man without choices, ceases to be a man.

Your first two statements are spoken totally out of faith.
You "believe" that you have free will, perhaps because you read somewhere that you do and you choose to believe it. I also "believe" in free will.
You "believe" that God knows what you will do. Who really knows? The fact is that we DON'T know. You choose to believe it.
You do what you do (or don't what you don't) by your own choice. What happens to you in life is more a matter of the choices YOU make, rather than God's predestination.
He doesn't change the laws of physics for you, does he? If you jump off a bridge, you're going down. Cause and effect.
If you do an act of benevolence, the reward is in your own heart, although you might receive some gratitude, which is always nice.
But if you commit a crime, chances are, you're going to jail. Cause and effect.
You are basically the captain of your own ship. You can sail it into the sunset, following your dreams, or you can crash it onto the rocks.....the choice is yours.
Take control of your life.

Since time and space are so intertwined and God does not live in the realm of time and space, He already knows what you will do. Things don't "happen" in God's eyes. I cant see how it is possible that man or anything has free will. Life is like a series of choices, yet there is only one option. However, since we are finite beings, it is impossible to have this mentality and not live fatalistic lives. We are meant to live in the world as if we have free will....whether we actually do or not.

You and your choices cause you to do what you do. Good and evil will influence you in life but the decisions are yours alone. God did give you free will and he(being God and having a capacity to understand and hold more knowledge than we can comprehend while in these earthly bodies) knows the outcome of every possible decision you might make. But he allows you to make those decisions, hoping you will choose him.

You're in charge of what you do. You make your decisions based on your own values and needs, and the information available to you. Every situation is different, so sometimes you might not know what you'll do until you do it.
But, in keeping with your theory, God knows you better than you know yourself. He sees the big picture, so He knows what you'll do... just like you know how your best friend will react when you tell them a piece of news or hand them a great birthday present.

Your choices are what determines what happens in your life.
Mankinds choices are solely based upon right and wrong choices; what is right is determined by God, and it is up to us to decide whether to follow after what is right or to follow after what is wrong. What is wrong is determined by the sin in which was passed down by our first father Adam.
God sees the beginning to the end. We do not, and therefore our knowledge is limited. We live in the here and now; whereas God just lives, and sees time all at once.
Free will all boils down to your chioces you make in life. And the most important one is whether you choose to beleive in the sacrifice in which he provided(Jesus) inorder to give you eternal life as stated in John 3:16.
Hope that helps....

Define free will. Because some definitions are impossible with an omniscient God, whereas some definitions aren't.

i once was told by a friend that free will is like a child and a cookie jar full of cookies. a mother.. although she says don't eat the cookies the child has the free will to chose to eat the cookies. a little rudimentary i'm sure but it is similar to that...
mother = God
child = you
cookies = choice

Your circumstances, past experiences and people around you affect every thing that you do. Even though you have free will your judgement is still based on outside influences.

If a father sees a son about to hit his finger for the first time with a hammer, he tries to warn the son of the ensuing pain, but that
doesn't mean the father made the son hit his finger
