To my knoweldge, F-14's have not been "de-mil'ed" for sale, even though they are being retired from service.
You might have better luck buying a jet trainer or fighter from one of the former Soviet-bloc countries. Here's one website:
http://www.warbirdalley.com/mig21.htm
Courtesy Aircraft also sells the occasional jet trainer/fighter, as well as more vintage military aircraft: http://www.courtesyaircraft.com/
Ya gotta understand, though, that while all of the ex-Mil aircraft are very good at turning Jet-A into noise, thrills and excitement, they are also very good at turning large fortunes into small fortunes. They are expensive to buy and maintain, ruinious to insure, fiendishly costly to train to fly, and will turn around and kill you in a hot second if you fail to maintain the proficiency required to operate one.
It's fun to dream of flying your own personal Tomcat, but unless you have the wealth of Bill Gates and trained in Top Gun school, you're probably better off letting it remain a dream.

Currently the F-14 is still being stood down form active service. When that is complete, we will probably scrap 50% of them (titanium is expensive, and the F-14 uses a lot). The rest will go into a bone yard in case we want to sell them to an ally (not likely). We will not be releasing them for personal use anytime soon. Northrup Grumman made the 'Cat, and the Navy flew them, not the Air Force. And no Military plane is sold to civilians with full military functionality intact, unless it's hopelessly obsolete.

I have 3 of them for sale.
To be honest, one of them has a lot of hours on it, and the interior is not in great shape.
However, it has bitchin' wheels and a kick-*** stereo.
The second one is in much better condition even though it also has quite a few hours on it.
It has been garaged, and has all original paperwork.
And get this---this baby still has two, fully-armed and ready Phoenix missles. Not replicas; the real thing!! Very hard-to-get.
The last one looks brand new---has all original weapons, two professionally re-built engines, along with a LANTRN system!!!!!
This baby was only used as a trainer for older pilots, never even saw a carrier, so no salt water damage!!!!!
Trade-ins welcomed; paid for or not!!!
So; Commander, what do I have to do to get you in one of these babies today?
There's only three, and I just don't know when I might get any more in.
And you aren't going to find anyone that will beat the deal I can give you.
We can even arrange the financing for you. Even if you have bad credit.

All the planes have been retired. Besides the Iranian's who have them. Of the few on public display all the rest of 700+ produced were taken to the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group in Arizona and were stripped of all essential or classified parts and the airframes were completely destroyed.

I've actually seen fighter jets for sale on E-bay, such as the Mig-29.
However, it came with a six million dollar price tag.

I am sure if you have a small Malissia that wants to go against Iraq the George W. will sell you one. Then he'll have the C.I.A. train your army on how to kill. Give you a countless number of guns and rpg's, so when you decide you no longer like our way of life you and your army can rise up against us. Then we can call it terrorism and go after you. Gotta love the irony of war.
