The best way to make your hair grow is to stay healthy. Take a good vitamin and avoid things like drinking and smoking which can affect the condition of your hair(what is the point of having long dry split hair). Also drink lots of water to help keep your body hydrated. I am not saying this is a quick fix but if your body is getting enough nutrients for all the important functions it will have more left for things like nail and hair growth.

I dont know about 2 or 1 weeks but to keep your hair growing cut your split ends.

Unfortunately, this is one thing that you can't rush. You can only keep you hair looking shiny and clean by brushing it. Be careful about split ends as this will make your hair break and then you will be back to square one.

u cant is just nautural n it grow by itself...but they do sell some product tat helps u grow it
