I can feel one coming on...

Anyone have a remedy? Even if it doesn't make it go away, just something to lessen it while I wait for the medicine to take effect.

Acupuncture works well for Migraine.
In some people 7 days treatment prevents attacks for a further period of several months or more.
Get a good acupuncturist - especially one with a background of Allopathy experience and qualification.

Excedrine Migraine works pretty well, but it does take about half an hour to take effect. The best way I have learned to manage the pain is to lay down and keep your eyes closed for a while if you can.

my doctor told me to lay down in a dark room w/o sound and light because the slightest pain or tiniest peck of light will intensify it. try not to think about anything at all but if you will, think about something hilarious
