So you can help fund the BBC to make more rubbish programmes.

For the Americans replying, in the UK, if you have a TV, you must purchase an annual licence. It's not the broadcasting licence you're thinking of. It's more akin to a car registration. The money goes into funding government run TV stations like the BBC.

i think the fcc dose that its so u know the rules of tv for porn or talk shows
