Avoid microwaves at all costs. I don't know the statistics but I reckon prolonged standing in front of a microwave could have all sorts of nasty effects on the body.

No silly!....but the truth is.. that if you are pregnent (so this only affects women i guess) and u stand in front of the mocrowave too long, it can affect your pregnency or condition of your baby.
