I use this recipe all the time...my own

2lbs shrimp/whole
2 lemons
2 limes
3 tablespoons olive oil
fresh ground pepper
2 tablespoons cajun seasoning - Tony's
6 cloves or more of garlic

mix the cajun seasoning with the shrimp...the more you let it sit the hotter it gets....

heat the olive oil to medium heat, add garlic...salt and pepper to taste, the shrimp....cook until halfway pink and then add juices from the lemons and limes....cook until pink

peel,eat, lick, drink repeat

once you peel you can add to alfredo sauce...lovely flavor..or just eat on its own

I just saute up my shrimp with some olive oil and crushed garlic and serve it over pasta. Easy breeze. And basically you can add any type of sauce you like, I've added Terryaki before.
