Well hmm....sounds interesting...But why is she calling other guys when she is your gf and she should be calling YOU!?? If you cant deal with that do the right thing and call it quits she doesnt respect you. If you have asked her before to stop talking/flirting with guys then I dont see why you would want to be with her. No respect for you what is all that about??

It sounds like you are being taken for a ride. In my experience with these things you are what is called the safety net. she can go flirtm hang out, make out, do whatever, and she can still come back to you because she sees you as a constant. the longer this goes on and she thinks that you are ok with it, the more it is going to progress.
You are in a relationship with someone who does not know how o have a relaionship, she doesn not understand what it means to be exclusive, she is not mature enough. It is your choice to stay with her, but you are going to go through alot of hurt if you do.

Base on what you have said it is obvious that she is no longer interested in a commited relationship with you. I personally thinks its an insult if she actually call and flirt with these guys on the phone especially in your presence.
I think it is time you find yourself a new girlfriend.
