HOW DO I CHANGE flight simulator 2k2 videos (.fsr) to windows media player?!?

please help me, ive done this video on my flight simulator and i wanna convert it from .fsr to windows media player. ive searched everywhere, but havn't been able to find anything. i dont mind wherever its from as long as i can use it and it doesn't harm my system. I know of camera capture programs which capture the screen as a video, but i need one that converts as my laptops graphics card has gone and i havn't been able to make it work, and even if it does, i would have to wait 5

If you want to convert them into another format ( mobile phone, iPods,psp,wmv, mp4...and anything else) use this awesome free program called Super http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html

1-st page: go to the bottom of the page click download
2-nd page: at the top of the page near the red writing "download and use" - click
3-rd page: go to the bottom of the page; "Fast download site 1, 2, 3" etc. - "Save Target As..."
