Honestly, I don't think that your pic is that cute. HOWEVER, maybe they just don't like your character in general. Some girls just don't guys that act a certain way. You now have two options, change your character, or wait for that perfect girl who is out there waiting for you.

You are cute! The question is how do you act or come off when you ask them out? If you are just going up to them ramdomly, don't do that, you need to start talking to them. That will get them get you know you and you get to know them.
