Wait for a romantic moment, and move in slowly. She'll let you know if its the right time or not.

Dude its cool you havent pushed her at all. When it comes to an issue that could easily disturbed things its best to simply tell her how you feel about this. Talk to her about this, she might be ready or been ready for some time now and she's not saying anything because she might think youre not the pushy kind. Open communication is the only way to solve these types of issue's. Remember this came from a friend of hers, it's always best to hear it from her.

There is no way for anyone else to tell you when your girlfriend is ready. My advice is this: After a really nice date try and kiss her. The worse that could happen is she would pull away and then probably try to explain her issues with intamacy. Maybe she's just waiting for you to make the first move and kiss her ;)

You should kiss her as soon as possible. Not a slobbery, stick-your - tongue - down - her - throat kind of kiss, but a more-than-friends-I - am - very - interested - in - you kind of kiss. If you wait too long you risk getting banished to the friend zone. Don't be pushy but make your feelings plain. A kiss between people who have been dating for a month is not moving fast, in fact it is barely moving at all.

Have you kissed her on the cheek? Try going in for a hug, then kiss her on the cheek then lean back and pause look into her eyes and then slowly make you move to kiss her on the lips. If that doesn't work then she really just isn't ready.

have you talked to her about past relationsships with people? and if not maybe you should and if you feel that you want to kiss her I say go for it you never know untill you try but you must be careful with the approach because you don't want to scare her maybe start of with a peck and see how that goes and each time try to take a lil further if she allows or at least talk to her to se were her head is reguarding the situation and let her take charge when she feels comfortable

find the opportunity to kiss her and obey the 90/10 rule. you move in 90% of the way, and let her come the other 10%. if she's ready she will go for that.

ask yourself...do you REALLY love her? You've been only going out for a month, so don't expect anything big, but if you like her, when you take her home the next time, give her a little peck on her cheek. She shouldn't be offended by that, and anyway, there will be no akward silence.

Body Language is key. Her body language will tell you everything. When a woman wants to be kissed she will be close. You wil know it will just happen, things like that should not be planned. Let the moment tell you.

Well even girls who want to take it slow will usually want the guy to make the first move. I agree, you should ask her. It has been a while, and maybe she will think you're not interested if you haven't taken the lead.
