You live in a lovely community. Influenza vaccine should still be available from most private physician offices, walk-in clinics, and county health departments. And in case you were wondering yes there is still plenty of time to receive that vaccine as it is effective in 7 to 10 days and the peak incidence of influenza is January through March. I applaud your interest in the influenza vaccine and I would hope that everyone who reads this who is not immunized will follow your lead.

Your doc or local pharmacy should have / have info. on locations where you can get a flu shot. The news here said recently that the vaccine was in good supply right now, but few people are taking them. I can't take it, but isn't it kind of a laugh? When people have to fight like someone trying to get the last dress that sold for a penny, they'll almost kill to get it. Now, people don't "have to fight" to get the flu vaccine. Everyone is so nonchalant. People!
