They have their twice yearly "sales" usually in the summer and the winter. However, my wife and I have bought tons of stuff there and the sales don't really cover that much stuff and don't have very big discounts(rarely more than 10% off the regular price). If you need something now then you are probably better off just buying it when you see it.

Cheap do-it-yourself stuff. They don't have any sales because the stuff is so cheap, they barely make any money on it now. Never have been there and don't plan on it!!!!

i agree with Douglas D! you really can't beat their prices... shop around, you'll see...
but they do have sales a couple of times a yr. 4th of july in the US. i think.
