Do you believe that YOU have a soul?
Because if you DO, then this is kind of a stupid question because if you believe in god enough to know that you have a soul, then you would know that all humans have souls.
If you don't believe in god at all, then why would you question the fact whether anyone has a soul or not?
You know what... since you seem concerned... I'll let you sit and ponder this question for a while and come up with your own answer.

There is no such thing as a "soul". Try and define what a soul is. Where can ya find it? What does it look like? What color is it? What are it's physical characteristics? Can't define it? Doesn't exist.
