Is the rash just inside the crack or the anus? If it's just itchy and flaky inside the crack try getting some kind of cortazone lotion or ointment. Put that on a few times a day for a couple of days. If it's in the anus more, you probably have some kind of infection and may have to go to a doctor for a round of antibiotics.

I don't think you wiped of good afterwards. If your anus is soiled and moist it can harbor bacteria. I would suggest you get Preparation H wipes and the soothing aloe gel from the pharmacy. Apply it with a Q-tip to the area.

go to the drugstore and buy some Aveeno bath ....take a nice warm bath with it at least a couple of times a day...dry it well....by blotting not rubbing and apply hydrocortisone oint...not internally...external only...if it doesn't clear up in a couple of days go to a walk in center....you can ask for a free care application and they will treat you.....good luck

Have your "partner" lick your wounds...that's about all the advice I can give you at this point. (also wash all strap-ons as they will continue to give you anal itching)
PS Remove the hamster before seeing the doc, hate to see him bite!

Get to a free clinic...this could be serious. I do wonder how you see inside your ***hole? Could be hemorrhoids, clap, or a anal cyst.

soap and water usually works miracles but try a benadryl ointment that might work for the itch.
