No-one can 'learn' you anything! They can only teach. It is for you to learn.

And goodness knows why you would want to learn text talk or whatever it is called.

Stick to the English you already know. You really don't want to talk like English teenagers. The way they talk makes them sound seriously unintelligent, even the ones who actually get straight As. And this is coming from an English teenager!

The English that teenagers speak or they write. The only suggestion that I have is to make a friend in the US and then write to them or physically spend some time in America. This would definitely improve your fluency.
