You don't need any thing except ID if you want to just move to Canada. If you want to work here its a different story. If you can get sponsored for a job here that there are no qualified Canadian applicants for, it is easiest. But that may be difficult unless you have a degree in something rather specific. Or if you want to work in Vancouver and you have a trade such as carpenter, plumber, electrician, etc. Or you could do the whole landed immigrant thing...

Are you asking about immigration? Just go through the immigration process. It is much easier if you have family already in Canada, and also easier if you are immediately employable and not likely to be a burden to taxpayers. Then you will become what is called a "Landed Immigrant", and after some period (maybe five years) you can start the process toward full citizenship.
