I have moles and my baack and I keep getting the urge to pick them and sometimes do ?? is this a bad thing, what will happen to me..

You are joking right!! Do not ever pick moles, ever. I suggest a visit to the Drs for you to see if you have done any damage. Some moles and other skin blemishes have the capacity to become cancerous and by picking them you could be speeding up the process. Stop picking now and make an appointment with the surgery. Well, you could easily get an infection - if you break the skin this is a way for infection to get in, and hands generally have quite a lot of bacteria on them. I wouldn't say picking was a great idea.

No you should not pick any moles you should leave them alone, if you see a change in a mole, it itches or bleeds then see a doctor straight away.

Why don't you go and see your doctor and ask him if you can be referred to your local hospital like I was. I have had mine removed and it is painless too. Do NOT try and get rid of them yourself otherwise they could bleed and you could have a big problem.
