Very little. People always bring up Josephus' writings, but those passages are actually debated among historians; they might be illegitimate.
Non-Christian accounts of Christ are a lot more scarce than you would think. The below link has an interesting article about that. You can see, though, that it really isn't much.

In the Old testament, there are several, which refer to people who lived among and outside of the Jewish world. In the new testament, the samaritan woman appears to have worshipped the same God as the Jews.

Not that I have seen. In fact, most religions I've looked at have been polytheistic. Perhaps all gods are different faces of the same god. Let me know if you find anything interesting on that note. :) Blessings
