why does he do it?

whenever my bf leaves all day and doesnt call me, when i finally do talk to him which is the next day, he dosent want me asking him what he did, and he starts getting all defensive, and hangs up the phone and then doesnt answer my calls, why does he do this?

hmmmmm...could be he is feeling guilty about what he was doing or where he was...or it could just be that he doesn't like to be questioned.....doesn't sound like you trust him...not sure I would either....good luck

I respond: "He hangs up the phone?!" Unless you are using abusive language or raising your voice the only conclusion I can muster is that he's an idiot. Might want to put a little distance between the two of you.

there is the posibility that your boyfriend has a girl on the side. It can also be that he had some things to get don on the days that he did not contact you.

Why did he hang up and refuse to take your calls? It is possible that he just wants you to trust him and when you question him about it he feels the lack of trust.Please Note: If he is not cheating there is no need for him to be defensive.

Girl he probably got a girl on the side if he's treating you like this. Never run to a man who is treating you wrong. Just ask him can ya'll have a boyfriend girlfriend talk about whats going on. If he refuse to tell you about it then tell him how you feel about him keeping stuff from you, and how that is not trust. And if ya'll don't have trust ya'll don't have nothing.

My ex-husband used to do that but I never gave it another thought then I found out that he was spending LOTS of time with my best friend...Im not saying that all men are like that but some really enjoy their privacy just like we do. If he gets that defensive Id try other approaches to see why hes so stand-offish with you knowing..You need to be secure in your relationship with him or anyone....good luck

he feels guilty about some thing and men hate when they have to answer some thing they feel ashamed of.take it from me he is up to no good.if he cant respect you enough to put your mind at ease he doesnt like you,a man may mess up but if they truely love you and want to be with you he will answer your questions.kick him to the curve or start doing the same thing so he knows how you feel.

It sounds like he is cheating on you, just seriously ask him not on the phone one day, Do you love me? and if he says yes then tell him that you trust him, but you don't know why he wont tell you.
