My mate is having trouble with the different cultures with here Indian partner, his parents does not agree with the relationship

This is going to sound like I'm stereotyping but I'm not trying to.
I get attracted to some Asian guys in a physical way, but usually their style is not my thing. Most of the Asian guys I see look too vain, they try too hard to look cool, and generally try to be flash. Any guy doing this would make me not want to talk to them, even if they were really good looking.
If an Asian guy did ask me out, it would really depend on many things what I would consider. Firstly I'd want to know if he was religious. I am not religious, and would find it very hard to go out with anyone who was religious.
I don't know how you are defining Asian, but if they had strong cultural beliefs I would also find that difficult. As long as they didn't try to change me, then it would be fine, and I would respect their culture. (I'd probably end up taking the best bit from both cultures.)
The first thing I would consider though really, is has he told his family? When I was at school, all the Asian lads would lie to their family about their girlfriends as they would get in serious trouble for dating a white girl. This is such a racist opinion it really made me mad!

I've never been attracted to Asian guys. Its not a racist thing, most I have met are incredibly nice fellas. Some however, are extremely pushy (online and in person) when it comes to them trying to get to know you, which can turn a girl off an otherwise nice man.
Its just that we all are attracted to different kinds of people and if you look around the world in general, most of us (not all, of course), tend to stick to those who mostly resemble ourselves. I know Japanese men seem to be find Japanese women more attractive than a woman of another race.
Some Asian guys are quite attractive, but for me to date one, they would have a western outlook on life, as the Asian upbringing can be very different to mine and we might differ so much on views that a relationship would not be long lasting.

I live in Devon so it's a bit of a rarity.
U can't say yes or no. I fancy some english but not others and the same goes for other country's

Unfortunately, I probably would not. For several reasons.
1. I'm very tall 5'9 and I want a man taller than me. That is very rare in an asian man.
2. I dont find too many of them attractive. Not that they are not, because beauty is in the eye of the beholder.. just not mine.
3. They eat things I have no interest in eating - and should I fall in love - I'd be forced to cook myself dinner each night.
4. They dont believe in Jesus (the majority of them) and I do.
Now, as a friend, I wouldn't mind at all. I have friends of every race, religion - sexual preference. But, as a partner.. I am VERY specific with what I like and want.

Oh my freakin' god yes.
I'm pretty much only attracted to Asian guys, and Koreans in particular. Especially thin, yet toned, ones. Never dated a white guy, and seriously, that "once you go Asian" phrase...
Sadly, I'm white, and the attraction doesn't usually go the other way. :(

I love Asian guys! If he asked me out and I liked him and thought he was cute. . .I wouldn't even consider. It's a definete yes!

FIRST: It depends on what kind of girl u like. if a girl is some prissy fat @ss than chances with her are slimmer than a piece of paper. Girls like me, bye the way would probably NOT care if youre asain. But usually It depends one wut ur personality is. But lets keep this short! Sure!
