Why had no man ever loved me? They all leave me in the same way, they swoop in, tell me i am their everything, its romantic and passionate but then its like they realise they have to stick around or that i have really fallen for them and they leave. It has completely changed me, i went from outgoing and fun to severely depressed and completely shy. so my main question is why do men leave in silence. am i not worth the time or effort to say its not working, its you, not me, anything but to walk away and suddenly act as if i don't exist when nothing, not even an argument happened? its the worst thing anyone can do to leave without explanation, can any man give me an inisight here?

I am a man, believe it or not, and regrettably I have done this before; just left the girl; just stopped calling or writing or whatever. The reason: because I got freakin scared. Not saying that is what all guys do but when people do that, love passionately from the start with out knowing one another, they get worn down a lot quicker. Because they are either acting like this other person: its new, fresh, it’s sweet and I want to keep it forever but then you run out of character. Or you are giving it all they have and just run out. Either way they get scared at the repercussions of telling the other that it is over. If you love passionately it is reasonable to think that you hate passionately as well. My advice, and again "Man" talking here: open yourself backup, but not at full throttle. Keep the initial passion down and hold on to those special surprises until you both commit. It will hurt a lot less, because you know he only had a taste of your heart, and it may just start you into some intellectual chatter. Because once the sweet talk stops working only the good guys have something else to talk about if they are truly interested and the good guys are who you want to take home.

yeah, i hate when women do that to me
maybe don't believe them so much till you have proof
also, maybe YOU should say more of what is or isn't happening feelingwise, then they would maybe say more back too
carefully thought out letters are best when there is or might be a serious issue or concern.
Also, some shallow people feel that if somebody is falling for them , they can't be worth it, otherwise why would they want me. Watch out for that. Respect yourself and then find somebody who also does.

How long are these relationships ? Are they usually very short ? Do you fall too fast and too hard ? Do you drive them away ? Do you give it up too soon and once they have it they leave ? Or do you always just pick jerks and dont take enough time in the beginning to find that out before you fall for them ? All things to consider.

To not explain yourself is a childish and terrible thing to do to anyone. Maybe they were just little boys and not mature enough to face you like a real man, well at any rate we are not all like that and I hope you have better luck but you should not think it is you it is them that made the mistake NOT you!!

i met a guy some time ago who expressed a great interest in me and we spent some time together. he told me alot of the same beautiful things too. i liked him and then one day, he stopped calling.
these men are afraid of real intimacy with a real woman and it doesn't matter what age (whether they are 25 or 55), a coward is a coward

Perhaps, because there is nothing left to say?
If they are ALL doing it, you either pick the wrong guys consistently, or you do something that makes them want to leave wordlessly.

Honey .. don't get depressed it used to happen to me to . I was this really good quality girl but I think Guys want bitches so they either make you one or if they can't make you one then they leave you. start dating many guys at a time and don't get emotionally involved take it light honey . practice this until your heart becomes strong and you become a player then you don't get hurt . or hurt or leave them before they leave you
